First frost today, just on the roofs along the street. No wonder I was a bit chilly, prancing around the garden in my pyjamas last night, trying to see the Northern Lights!

For some years I worked in a Day Hospital for older people with mental health problems. I often took Barley, my Yellow Lab, to work with me and the lifting of mood for everyone, including staff was instant and easy to see. She loved it too, lots of norty treats!:giggl::dug:

So sorry to hear this, such a worry for you. If it's any comfort, Joy had a lump on her side a few years ago that similarly was visible through her fur. The vet thought it was probably benign but said 'If it was my dog though, I'd want it off.' So off it came and was sent away to be checked...
