    Lump - Histiocytoma

A couple of weeks ago I felt a lump above Obi’s left eye so we made a vet appointment for a couple of days later. The lump was the size of a very very small pea (I can’t think of another small round thing…maybe a large sago ball??) and was fur covered and a bit scabby looking. Going through...

    Stopping reaction to snarling dogs

Glad you were able to relax in your garden today. I’m sorry you can’t do that whenever you feel like it :( but I hope you’ll get to the point where you and Red can enjoy it again anytime. We all need a place to relax and feel truly at peace and our gardens and homes should be those places….

    Lead Aggression

Doing a fab job, David. I wonder if she’s not had much experience with dogs that don’t look like Labradors..?

Why do we wait till midnight to panic?

Ps. The difference between raw vs cooked meat is that raw will have a load of bacteria on board and be a bit more of a challenge to the system.

Why do we wait till midnight to panic?

Glad he’s ok! At his age (yes, at 10 he is in the geriatric range for a dog) his digestive system won’t be able to handle what it used to, amd it won’t move things along as fast. So blockages etc become more of a risk, and we need to be more careful about what they’re eating (eg ensuring not...

    Primrose Puppy Log

Haha, good thing she so gorgeous 😁 Chewing seatbelts sounds expensive 🤭 Obi was a big grabber of hands, arms and clothes at 9 months - very firm mouthing…. He also grabbed faces, now that I recall. Fortunately only ever mine and hubby’s 🙄😆

It could be a lipoma, even though it’s near a nipple…. Fingers crossed. And as you say, it could have been there for years. Totally agree that a doggie’s mental state is just as much a priority as their physical state.
