So sorry to read this update Karen . My seizure dog Lily was always more anxious during the evening , lots of pacing and generally unsettled . I think there is often a trigger point , so you may be right about the bed , love and hugs xxxxx

Both of ours are sniffers , I love it because I can usually find a convenient tree stump to sit on and have a breather . I wouldnt dream of rushing them along , its their walk as well as mine xx

I am so thankful to have Reuben , he adores Nelly ( its mutual ) and honestly watches out for her on walks , he really is a star and the very best carer Nelly could have xxx

We had noticed that her eyesight wasnt too good , so she had an in depth examination at the Vets this morning , the diagnosis being given as PRA . Sadly there is no effective treatment or cure but thankfully this is usually slow to progress to total blindness . Poor love what with her deafness...

How is Neo with other dogs ? Does he show signs of wanting to hump them ? I ask because if he doesnt show signs with other dogs , then it could simply be over excitement . I appreciate that castration , either chemical or surgical is a contentious subject and also a very personal choice to make...
