She had a good nights sleep tucked up in my arms in bed , until I thought my arm might drop off from her buster collar digging in , but she is priority . Managed to get her tablets down her , she has been out for a wee and poo and had a big drink of water but refusing food . So , the fight continues , so many routing for her including our wonderful Vets and nurses who all adore her . Thanks for asking after her xx

Kate, when I was a veterinary nurse many, many years ago, he always advocated Brands Essence for dogs who wouldn't eat. I thought it wasn't made any more but have just looked on the internet and you can get a chicken one. Nelly may lap that up if you gently warm it to get an aroma. How about Fish for Dogs Salmon mousse?

When Fred wouldn't eat, our vet told me to try him on Chappie tinned dog food. It worked for Fred.
Reuben could always eat if Nelly wouldn't

Warming food helps with tempting an appetite but if it's just not there, it's an uphill struggle......

I`m not really eating much @Jacqui-S , just dont feel like it but I am cooking for Paul so I`m having bits and bobs . Nelly has just eaten four tiny pieces of soft toast and honey , I have salmon steaming too xx
