Remembering Sam today

It would have been his 11th birthday today, it saddens me that we never got passed his 6th one but I can take a lot of comfort from knowing that he had a good life . His life was full of woodland walks , beach romps and retrieving plus the special friendship with his best pal , my grandson Silas with whom he had the most wonderful bond .
