Whenever GGJ and I are lucky enough to visit another MLF home (and this year has been particularly lovely, because we've been to several) I find myself looking at the calendar and very nearly saying ' That's a coincidence, we've got the same calendar!' Which of course it's more than likely that we would have, given that it features our own lovely dogs. It always makes me smile to see it though, and feel instantly at home.

Debbie had a call from college where Silas is studying . His tutor wanted her to know that he was doing exceptionally well and had received a distinction for a piece of work . Even better , he told her that Silas was socialising with a lovely group of students , taking part and not on the periphery as he was at school but actually enjoying being a part of the group . Given his recent diagnosis of grade 11 autism , this was music to her ears , and mine too xxx

Well done Silas! Also good that the tutor fed this back to Debbie, she/he must have understood that it would help her to hear this. It sounds like a friendly and caring place, where Silas could do well.
