Last year a local shop that sells everything to do with dogs started selling Advent calendars. All their treats are natural and healthy, so I bought Joy one and she loved it. Of course that meant she had to have one this year as well! I brought it out thisevening and she knew straight away what it was.
She has some problems reading the numbers :giggl: so I have to open the right window for her, but she was so happy and waggy! Mind you, I think I've been looking forward to it just as much!20241201_184454.jpg20241201_184606.jpg20241201_184757.jpg

My mum bought Neo an advent calendar this year too, it’s only day 2 but it already warrants a helicopter tail response when it comes off the shelf! I can tell he’s going to be very put out come the end of the month that this is not a permanent addition to his daily routine!

Yep, Cass does the same about the Yumove tablets she started on recently. 2 days in she instantly recognised the sound of the packet opening from another room. I mean for goodness sake ...... how exciting can they be?:rolleyes:

I went to take a paracetamol a couple of days ago and she was there - right by my side expecting to have one.
Do I starve her or something?

Tuppy really enjoyed her session with the nurse at the vets today. Although she was suspicious when I put her in the car (it was getting dark, so why else would I be putting her in the car?!) she got out at the vets without me having to coax her this time. She whined intermittently and had her tail between her legs in the waiting room, but she didn’t shed any fur and managed to sit for a while rather than being very restless - but kept her eyes on the room where we normally see the nurse, waiting for her to appear with treats.

Once in the room, she had a great time with the usual lick mat and then a new puzzle game with lots of treats! She let the nurse do some basic examining too, still plied with lots of treats! She’s now snoozing on the sofa and hasn’t yet asked for her supper!
