I’d suggest a vet visit. We’re going through similar with Stilton, he’s an itchy boy and it’s become v clear v quickly that this is a tricky thing to get to the bottom of without specialist help. Hopefully it’s a simple cream for Lottie, but the vet is the quickest route.
