Perhaps it is old school, but I have been told that when you lure your dog by giving him food for doing something he/she is afraid of you actually are saying that indeed it is scary and you won’t solve the problem but increase the fear...

We give Finn always something before going to sleep and at midday a carrot. I am changing Finn’s food and last weekend he gave up bile. We gave the same amount, but one food was less calories and nutritional then the other. So he was underfed..Now i give him more and hasn’t given bile anymore...
