My Grandfather and Uncle had a butcher's shop in the main street, I don't remember it flooding ever way back. Does it normally flood now! It looked appalling, I feel so sorry for the people who have been hit.

@Selina27, I am sure it is ingrained into their psyche! Also the first sighting or scenting of a pheasant sends them off into a delirium of excitement to say the least 😄

Has anyone bought a Mud Daddy to rinse off very muddy dogs after a walk? If not, any other ideas!

It is said, it is better a day too early rather than a day too late :( I feel we do know but the loss of the beloved dog is so painful we then begin to doubt after.
