Advice on couch stain (maybe from parents to human puppies)

Upon our return from vacation, Quinn's allergies had flared up and are really bothering her bum (bright red, itchy, scooting). I stopped by to chat to my neighbour, who is a vet and she suggested putting diaper rash cream to soothe until I get to the vet to calm down her allergies. Well, there is white diaper rash cream all over my navy couch ...i tried baking soda, then a mix of vinegar, water and dish soap but it has not worked!! SOS! Any tips on how to get it off?

OK, I'm trying this nail brush and washing liquid first, then will buy simple solution if that fails! The things I tried were from google! I now have sheets covering everything, but it's a little late

No tips but how lucky to have a vet for a neighbour!
Yes, she's my parents neighbour so I have known her since I was a kid and I walked her dogs while she was in vet school. She brought me with her to her clinic a few times, as a I wanted to be a vet. I watched a cat get spayed and a puppy with a broken leg have surgery! She no longer practices (she's gone into the regulatory side), but it's great to have her to ask things for free! She takes Quinn out while she stays with my parents too.
