I bit the bullet and bought Charlie one of these collars because in exciting situations Charlie sometimes tries and sometimes suceeds in slipping his collar. I went for this one even though it's expensive because it's padded, 4cm wide so better for his neck and hopefully he won't find it so easy to slip also it has the double up lead rings so if the collar buckle failed or broke he wouldn't be free, so much safer.
It's interesting that he was far more relaxed on a flat collar than on his harness. xx
