Aspen got let out last night by Justen and he didn't realize there was a bunny in our yard. Usually, they escape through a tiny hole in our fence but last night Aspen was really, really fast and caught him before Justen could get shoes on and stop him. I got the bunny from Aspen but it was already so injured so Justen had to put it out of its misery. I was so sad and then this morning, still thinking about Aspen's bunny killing, I noticed he has fleas. I thought fleas were breed-specific so are these fleas from the bunny or is that not possible? He gets flea and tick medicine so I think he should be okay and I will probably give him a bath and peppermint oil spray.
