Thank you for your support at this sad time. I am back now, but I have had a bad year so needed to take time out.

In January my sister sadly passed away. Ted , my cat was killed on the road in March. Then my cousin who I was very closed to died suddenly
in July. Fred my beloved dog was the final straw. I know you will understand..

What a terrible year you’ve had, I’m so sorry to hear about all these losses, all so close together. Do you feel like you have support for coping? It’s so much to deal with all at once.

I am alright thank you Emily. I just have to suck it up. Things happen which we have no control over.

Everyone has troubles at some time. I just take a day at a time.

That really is a lot to cope with in a short space of time, Cath. You always seem to me like a very kind and caring person who does a lot of looking after other people. I do hope that there are people in your life who can look after you, and offer support when you need it. Also please do remember to take care of yourself. xxx
