Kipper and stem cell therapy

Kipper’s had a up and down few weeks; after Stilton had a vomiting bug, we think Kipper caught it - but as a precaution the vets insisted he came off his anti inflammatories which help so much with his OA, and gave him a stack of meds to calm the stomach (in case of NSAIDs-induced stomach ulcers). We’re just starting the anti inflammatories again, but the last couple of weeks have highlighted how lame Kipper is without them.

Our vet physio has mentioned stem cell therapy before, as she used to do a lot in her old practice and our current practice has started doing it too. She’s very diligent and has explained in detail what (in her experience) makes a difference in quality of stem cell therapy, and it sounds like it may help Kipper. So we’re talking to the lead vet in a couple of weeks and will go from there. Watch this space.
