LED Collar

Fed up of waiting for daylight, I bought a couple of really cheap LED collars from eBay. For the price, they are fantastic! Coco has a green one and Meg has an orange one, we used them this morning in the semi-daylight - very bright. You can have static ON, or 2 speeds of FLASH. I would never use them to clip a lead or an ID tag to, they both had 2 collars and a harness on. I would say, the sizes are a bit off, they only just fit my 2 (I got small for Meg & Medium for Coco). I chose battery rather than USB rechargeable.

They are almost identical to the ones we bought a couple of years ago. We don't use them often but they are still going strong

I have one of these that is rechargeable and has 3 settings. An absolute must for early morning walks in the dark around the rec or walks after work.
Mine is made of a soft rubber which I cut to size.
Previously I had lights I attached to her collar but they were always falling off.

I dismissed lights and I'm glad I did - they'd be forever buried in fur or not visible from all around, at least a long strip has a chance of being seen - I did have to adjust their fur a few times.

I wouldn't dare be without what they call here a "Leuchtie" for early morning and late afternoon/evening walks. Keeps people from running into an otherwise invisible black dog.
