New trick to get him to stand still

Snowie does not like being rinsed off after a bath. I use a watering can and it’s made a huge difference—he races around the pool when he sees the hosepipe. I also feed treats to keep him in one place. But feeding treats while rinsing off is very difficult.

Today I accidentally dropped a treat into the ground cover and he had to snaffle around trying to find it. Bingo! Free hands and more time for rinsing. Thereafter all the treats were dropped into the ground cover. Why didn’t I think of this before?!

I was looking at the wall and wondering if it would be dangerous for Snowie to lick peanut butter off a freshly painted wall... when I accidentally dropped the treat. First thought vanished!

But I am considering the licking wall in the shower (tiled wall) cos it would be so much easier bathing him in there!
