Only in the morning

We can't put our finger on this one, but Honey will cry only in the morning after we have gone and she has finished her Kong. She gets fairly worked up, walking around the room and it turns into a howls, barks etc.
We get up fairly early, and I keep her occupied until it is time for me to go. OH leaves about 30min later, but still keeps her awake(ish). Honey then gets a Kong, but after she is finished, she starts with the crying etc. When the dog sitters comes, she advises me what she is like etc. She can hear her as she approaches the front door.
When she leaves, she gets another Kong and is quiet until OH comes home a couple of hours later.
If we also go out afternoon or evening, Honey will be quiet and not cry. It only seems to be in the morning.
I have asked the Neighbors, to see if they are doing anything at that specific time, but nothing.

Thinking more that it is possible linked to when OH had to leave her in the morning when we first got her for an hour a couple of times due to appointments and the way we set it up first time.

I have spent time just leaving her for seconds, gradually increasing in the morning and throughout the day when I can to see if that makes a difference, but nothing.

Anyone got any idea why just in the morning?

Could it be that she hears the dogwalker coming and therefore cries and barks? I know Finn hears (or smell) the car of the dogwalker. He also know that when he is left alone the dogwalker will come to collect him. He will bark as soon as he hear them. So it’s more arousal of what is happening than anxious of being left alone?

We thought that at first but no. I sat outside and even crossed the road pretending to leave to see and after she has finished her Kong she starts...I am sure we will get to the bottom but a pain at the moment

I’d be shocked if it’s genuine upset/stress because I don’t think she’d eat her kong.

When Stanley used to get upset at being left his kong would remain untouched until I got back.

Is she left with vanilla?

I know you said there were days you were working from home, does she think you’re upstairs maybe?

Do you have a camera that you could watch her on and see any different behaviours she’s displaying?

No she eats her Kong then once finished she starts to panic. I know she does as the puppy pads are all over the place.
Vanilla is upstairs as I don't want them in same room. they need to be supervised, more from Honey perspective as she does not give Vanilla space or peace.

When I work from home, they are with me so they can see me. Don't think that is it, as if I leave her downstairs and I go upstairs she is quiet.

Am getting a camera, just not got round to it yet. Hoping that will shed some light.
