Really proud of my dogs ❤️

Well today we have been to Essex to see family. Long old haul down and back in horrendous rain. We have never taken Red before so a new experience for her. My SIL and BIL have a beautiful 8 year old Italian Spinone - the dogs have met before but on our territory in the summer. All 3 dogs were an absolute delight and it was such a pleasure to see how Red just slotted in - her behaviour was commented on. She is a good girl but it was lovely to hear them say it.

Well yes, last weekend we went to friends for the afternoon and they are happy for us to take the dogs. Red rushed in and wee’d on their carpet - she has never done that before and it was my fault for not letting her out in our garden before we left. I was mortified. Excitement and the need to go proved too much for her. Fortunately our friends are very forgiving and it was quickly mopped up and forgotten about. This time, I took her straight out into the garden after the long journey the moment we arrived

Yes that exactly - still smiling at how sweet she was. She had a lovely time gently playing with the Spinone.
