Toys and play.

Red has just discovered her toy box for outside - it’s been there all summer and she has dipped in occasionally and taken something outside. Mostly though it has been me choosing and she has been a bit half hearted about playing. This morning though she has started playing with things she has never bothered with before. She has been so excited flinging things all over the place.

I’d say this this the first time (at 21 months) she has actually played on her own. She is now totally exhausted

Aaaah, bless her. I can see some toys scattered in the back ground, and they are all in one piece! I wish Maisy would play on her own, maybe it will come as she is only 17 months.
