We’re off to the vet again tomorrow; hopefully all teenager stuff, but we’ve noticed Kipper has a little warty outcrop on his lip (working theory: papilloma virus) and has small bumps under his armpits that are new. Hoping his last appointment didn’t put him off too much...

I like your post title?
Bumps on his lips might be acne... Our cat suffered with something similar for a couple of years, I'm pretty sure dogs can get something similar, I think there was a recent post but can't remember who it was...

Thanks @Charlie - and it was me ? He has a small crop of acne under his chin, but this little cluster on his lip looks a bit different. I’m hoping Kipper’s going through all the teenage things in one hit...

Young dogs can be lumpy. And old dogs are lumpy. And they seem to get lumps in the middle bit too....

Hope it’s very simple and nothing to worry about.

Ps. I think dogs know just when you have some money in your bank account and hey presto they need to go to the vet... :)

You mean there are people who have Labs and money :eek::LOL::LOL:
Definitely not me! I’ve never been as skint as I have since I got Stanley. Me and OH we’re talking about going away for our anniversary last night and voila.. Stanley was sick. He definitely does it on purpose.

Stanley had those warts as a pup, not very many.. maybe like 3 or 4. They went after a few weeks x

Those are the fellas! Thanks @Jen. I’m going to start trusting my judgment - apparently the vet said just keep an eye, and they should disappear in a few weeks but if not they’ll have another look ?
I hope you hatch a grand plan for your anniversary, and that Stanley's sickness is just a one off ? x
