Little Joy making happy dog grunty noises when I dried her very wet ears after our walk thismorning made me smile.

I got out in the mountains for a lovely two-hour walk this evening, on a path I've not been before. I probably should have taken my camera, but I was walking with my friend so couldn't have stopped to take lots of photos. It was so peaceful and scenic. We ended up at a gorgeous snowy waterfall before turning back.

We’ve been on holidays for 10 days, and I get to pick my girl up at the kennels this afternoon!!

I gave Oreo a haircut today! So is so much happier with her coat shorter as she gets hot easily. I got my snuggle muffin back 
which unsurprisingly made me smile when she smooshed in for a cuddle

ehm..she does not look impressed after the cut I may add, not at all....But she does look beautiful.

She wasn’t happy because mum was cutting up steak and I was keeping her away taking photos - you can see she’s slightly looking up at the worktop
I don’t blame her(!) but trust me, she’s a lot happier now than before!

Steak yes well fully understand that...if that was in this house our two would leave everything behind and sit right next to you (and before you know it you would have a wet patch and sometime a snout pushing you...as they move forward a fraction....
Mine have never eaten steak but then again neither have I. It looks a bit chewy

Not nice if it's chewy. Not chewy if it's good steak and cooked right. GGJ and I have it for treats and cheering up!
No I'm not convinced I'll give it a miss. I nearly had to eat one once at a wedding, but luckily one of my beastly cousins ate it for me. He so nice you just have to excuse him and his accidentally setting fire to tractor habit.
