I wasn't able to get her into the vet and didn't feel it was urgent enough to go to the emergency vet (especially as she gets so anxious at the vet).
Thankfully today it has scabbed over, hasn't broken again and the swelling has reduced a bit. I'll definitely get her into the vet tomorrow but I'm hoping we might have turned the corner.

Vet is worried it's neoplasia and possibly malignant due to the speed of it showing up. Has booked her in for a biopsy first thing in the morning.
