Glad he's safely home and hope you've had a quiet night. If Rourke won't toilet int he garden I would put him on lead and take him out of the garden, just a very short distance, as it must be that he should only go a short way and be kept calm that matters, not whether it's your garden or the street outside.

Hunter won't wee in the garden either so we just put him on the lead so he could wee and pooh. You are doing so much and more for Rourke. Laser also helps but we found it short term. We also did Sonic therapy. Busy times ahead but so worth it. We would be doing the same thing too. Anything to help them move better.

His inguinal area. Apparently 94% viability of cells and 3.53million/ml. He had both shoulders done for osteoarthritis and biceps tenosynovosis and left hock. He is going to have some laser tomorrow Saturday and then again the following Tuesday. He can have hydrotherapy as soon as possible but the hydro lady is moving business from here to a few miles away over the weekend and won't re-open until the end of next week and I guess she is already fully booked. Yes, as you say, busy times ahead! Has the therapy lasted with Hunter?

Rourke is self resting a lot, I don't think he is in pain, but he might be good at hiding it. He is not quite as lame but I guess that is because he is resting, as soon as he can walk, he will go lame again!
Added later, he has just got up and is very stiff

Unfortunately Rourke doesn't show any sign of improvement. My friends say I am impatient and it is only 9 days ago, but I did hope for something!Just saw this now. Hope your both doing ok.
Do you know how long you’d expect to wait? If that wasn’t very clear, is it worth asking the vet for a chat on the phone? I can completely understand the impatience!
