Which admin to contact if a new member is having problems with confirm email?

Hey there lovely admins!

Who can I contact about a new member confirm email that apparently has gone missing. My friend Rose (owner of Carbon's magical Irish sofa and human to Carbon buddy Curly Murphy) has attempted to join but says she never got a confirm email to complete the process. Any tips?
