Our heatwave broke overnight and today is quite cool with hazy rain. Maxx went nuts in the park and on the beach having come out of his heat-coma. He dug the biggest hole in the sand - I think he was tunneling to the UK 😅

I like Archie! One of Maxx's best buddies is a GR called Archie and he is lovely

Steve loves his Sketchers....I know the jury is out about whether they are good for your feet but he loves them

On our river cruise they had some waltzing lessons. Oh dear, we were terrible but especially me. I'm the one with two left feet and I have to think too long about which is left and which is right meaning I was always a step behind 😅

haha no way would Steve fork out that much money for a pair of shoes. They weren't super cheap but not RM's He actually never replaced them as he really has no need for boots these days since he gave up paid employment

I told Steve and he said "hide the shoes!" (He once had two really good pairs of boots - one black and one brown. He was left with one left black boot and one left brown boot after 6 month old Maxx figured out how to paw open the shoe cupboard sliding door)
