I'm so sorry. This must be so stressful for you. Is removing the plate an option? (A human friend had a badly broken leg which had a plate put in - months of pain and infection later they decide to remove the plate and now she can walk painfree.)

I'm sure all the driving must be draining @Emily_Babbelhund . I drove back from Somerset on Sunday (about 6 hours - awful rain and heavy traffic) and yesterday I just lay around watching rubbish TV!

I'm so glad you and Cassie enjoyed the day and she sounds as if she was a star! In Level 1 and 2 the only downs are from sit , but it's definitely worth teaching a down from stand (which can either be front end first or a sort of collapse straight down) as you need this in L3 onwards.
