    Yes, I can remember the despair when she refused to leave her bed and walk out of the front door.     I am sure a lot of it was due to her, I could see the dog she might become in her after a few days and then just a case of increasing her confidence very slowly and introducing her to non scary experiences. x

    Flicka is very much happier lately, especially after her season and spay, so thank you @Candy to say it is a sign of feeling safe and relaxed. Hardly relaxed yesterday though on her first free run after her spay, zooms like a mad thing and then through thick, oozy mud :D

    Yes she does, though she is beginning to get naughty, pinched my specs off the side and chewed them up this afternoon! She is a pleasure to own (up to this moment!) and is a great companion.
