    ED Progression

I used to take Naproxen when my knees were really bad . My GP prescribed a gastric protecting drug alongside it and had no issues. I've not bothered taking anything for my knees for around 5 years with no significant difference To lain levels, mobility etc. :)

She mentioned in her TLF post that she has changed her email address. It might explain lack of response :(

    Any help for Swampy?

:cwl::cwl::cwl::cwl: I have to admit I didn't know how to take a screenshot ( although have managed to take a couple by accident :facepalm:) so I just had to give it a go. Happy to admit depressing the power button and the volume button at the same time wasn't that easy because of...

    ED Progression

I've had numerous conversations with my vet this year @David for Juno's ED (fragmentation of the coronary process plus an underlying malformation). We've used Cartrophen a couple of times but it hasn't lasted as long as we had hoped. After a bout of vomiting on Loxicom (metacam) we switched to...

    Good weight?

He looks really good to me. Having our pups weighed regularly helps us to keep an eye out for weight gain or loss as it is harder to argue with a figure on the scales. As a guide I refer to a Body Condition Chart to assess in general, but it can be a little more subjective on definition :) This...

    Finn has a vet appointment!

Try not to worry @Anne123 , it sounds much more likely to be related to the sore paw. Reduced activity is always a good idea where there is a limp or suggestion of a limp.

    Sleep. Or lack thereof.

To be honest I'm not sure what time Juno would have slept to, we used to be up 7 to 7:30, not because she had cried.

    Sleep. Or lack thereof.

I wouldn't put too much faith in websites and how long a pup can go without peeing. It really does depend upon the pup - they're all different. 5:30 is early but he had gone 7.5hrs which is a pretty decent amount of time. With Juno last pee used to be around 11 and we would be up around 7 to...

    Sleep. Or lack thereof.

If it's the same time every morning it could be a noise that wakes him. Heating/hot water boiler firing up? Neighbour going out slamming car door ......

    The guilt of knowledge

I'm a little sister, with 2 big brother's. They made my life hellish. I really wanted a little sister but made do with a gorgeous yellow Lab called Mitzi ??

    The fascination of urine

If Lilly does it on walks on a regular basis it means something for sure :). Really wish it was easier to understand 'canine' at times. Perhaps her pee is like leaving a PS to a previous message rather than overwriting the message :)

    Harley update

So good to hear that the paw has finally been given the all clear. Don't worry about the small weight gain - it will soon drop off as activity levels increase again :)

    How Clean is Your Dog?

Juno spends time cleaning paws and checking claws as well. Her favourite cleaning job is trying to get sone sneaky licks on Belle, particularly around the ears :)

    Dog Behaviourist cost

But that doesn't mean you reduce your rate. For some people it may be their only income,so it's not really fair to offer a lower rate because you don't need the income as much and potentially deprive them of business. The rate for the 'job' is what others in an area are charging and being paid...
