Because we walk in deer country , both dogs have bravecto to protect against ticks . I sometimes wish I didnt have to use it but they would pick up ticks for sure . I might ask our Vet about the injection although I like them to have a break during winter months xx

Definitely the right decision for your girl . As you know , Reuben has had three mast cell tumours removed and I am so glad that our vet advised us to get rid of the damned things , better safe than sorry . Good luck to Ella xx

Thanks again friends , I have used a muzzle on Reuben when he went for a routine check on his surgery wound and he didnt seem to mind it too much x I think the great suggestion of him being examined in our car is going to help him to cope as I can sit next to him , thank you xx
