At least you managed to get her in the river for a pre wash. About 2 years ago Harley done something similar……but there was no river or clean water anywhere!! My car stank for weeks.

They vet did attempt to express it and got a bit out. She said there wasn’t any sign of infection which was good. She’s never had an issue with anal glands before, so it is a bit strange! Vets think it might be her anal gland on the left as was solid. We have to give her metacam for 4-5 days and see if she stops. If she doesn’t we have to go back next week. The good news is that she has lost weight so is down to 31kg from 33kg. We are going in the right direction 😊

We have a vets appointment for 12pm. They are letting people in with their pets now, so hopefully she will be a bit calmer. I got the whole tick out as check before killing them. I’m really not sure what it is but hopefully will get answers later.

Harley and I had a really good walk today. We walked down roads, through parks and fields, more roads then through woods to a shopping centre with a Pets at Home store. My OH picked us up there as it took 1.5 hours to walk there. We could have gone just down roads, but it’s so much more fun...
