1-4 am poops, 2 weeks and counting

I feed Rourke any time between 5.30 - 6pm. At 11pm bedtime he has three dog biscuits and he doesn't poo until I take him for a walk at 12 noon! If I took him out earlier he would poo earlier but can wait.

I tend to think it is all tied up with the poopmageddon and she has created a new habit. It may well pass in time, hope so.

No poops last night! Not counting my chickens yet, but it's a start. I'll continue with 5 pm dinner, see how she goes.

@M.F. she's a couple of weeks overdue for her worming (I always do it regularly, given her penchant for eating poop). I definitely need to get onto it, just in case.

One week on, and we've had 2 nights of waking (Sunday and Thursday, only one of them was for poops, the other one was to muck about in the garden ). Last night she hopped off the bed which made me wake up, and then I heard her trotting up the stairs to wake up my mum! So I called her downstairs and the cheeky sausage just trotted back to bed - she didn't even need to go out yet had woken up my mum and was going to make her go down to let her out. Sneaky!

We're fully into our new routine. 5 pm dinner. Then I take her out for a short walk sometime between 7-8 and she mostly poops on that one. She then goes out for a wee and her bedtime bikkies when the last person goes to bed, which is usually around 9. She's never had such a strict routine and I'm actually kind of enjoying it. I'd like to get a week of no night shenanigans, though.
