I've just dug out Lady's old crate. It's Labrador sized. Do you think that would be a problem if they make it nice and cosy in there with a cardboard box and all.?

I think it would be perfect. They can segment it off to start with, then make it bigger as pup grows. I’m sure they would appreciate it

I think it’ll be great! With Willow, we used some of that plastic “chicken wire” fencing to partition her crate. She nibbled the odd bit through but wasn’t a destructive chewer. Depends on the puppy, I guess
You could also just fill one end with toys!

Gorgeous, they usually have lovely natures but slightly bonkers in my experience anyway

All the cockerpoos I know are lovely dogs. Too hairy for me, but that's just my personal taste, I like smooth, short-haired dogs that are easy to clean... But then you don't get the carpet of fur in the spring with a cockerpoo, so it's swings and roundabouts. I am sure your son and family are going to love her, David. What's her name?
