So pleased to hear that she wanted breakfast, definately a good sign. Glad you got some sleep too, everything looks a bit better when you're not sleep deprived. Onwards and upwards Annie! 
Things sound like they’re improving even though I’m sure you feel exhausted and wish everything was back to normal already. I used to put the sofa cushions (loose seat cushions) on the floor when I had to sleep downstairs with Snowie. I wish Annie a speedy recovery. Rather painful all those incisions, but dogs do seem to recover faster than humans do. xxx

Sorry to hear this my lovely . How about some steamed white fish ? Easy to digest and full of goodness, but its good that she is still drinking water xxx
Poor Annie, maybe the effects of of the anaesthetic are still lingering. Have you tried yoghurt? You could mix some with the fish that Kate has suggested - and maybe rice too.. Does the vet have Hills ID food, used for recovery, either tiny kibble or tinned food? Using a little of that several times a day may help.

You might also try the good old tried and tested Chappie, the original not the chicken one . It is very easily digested and could just help xxx

I seem to remember that Chappie is what our vets recommend under these circumstamces too.

Oh dear, poor Annie. I hope it's a temporary blip in her recovery.
Once when a vet advised me to give scrambled egg to aid recovery she said just to literally scramble the egg without adding any milk or butter.
