Another FNA for Reuben

I am distraught , I found a small lump on his inner thigh a while ago , but it disappeared on its own . Now it is back with a vengeance so he is booked in for a FNA on Tuesday . I could have booked him in with a different Vet on Monday but we dont know her and our lovely Sue had a slot free on Tuesday , she has treated her before and knows his history, he loves her which always helps . Its a massive worry , bless our darling lad xxx

Oh no, I’m so sorry you have this worry again. Good choice to wait for Sue, it’s only one day difference (which I know makes it harder for you ) but as you say she knows Reuben and all his history and probably will be able to tell you right away what she thinks.

Sending you lots of love and Lambies from me and Carbón

So sorry to hear this, such a worry for you. If it's any comfort, Joy had a lump on her side a few years ago that similarly was visible through her fur. The vet thought it was probably benign but said 'If it was my dog though, I'd want it off.' So off it came and was sent away to be checked, and sure enough it was benign. I so much hope that this is the case with your lovely Reuben, and am thinking of you all and sending love and :thelambiesarecoming::thelambiesarecoming::thelambiesarecoming:

It’s understandable that you’re distraught, lumps are scary, especially after experiencing a cancerous one or cancer in general. Is this how Reuben’s last lump presented? I wasn’t really active back then, so I apologize for not quite remembering. But all fingers and toes are crossed it’s nothing to be concerned of :thelambiesarecoming::thelambiesarecoming::thelambiesarecoming::hug:
