I spent ten minutes mulling over whether she was Pig, or The Pig. But revisiting her posts I felt she very much deserved a definite article.

I would love to post soppy pictures of the Pig and Willow with captions like “so in love” and “inseparable friends” but the truth is that the Pig is mildly interested in Willow when she has food on her face but ignores her the rest of the time and usually finds her slightly tedious but all I wanted was that the pig is relaxed around her and she is, so I can’t ask for more.

Oh yes at mealtimes she is much more attentive! I send her to her nest to wait and she gets to clean the floor as her reward at the end. I have to do that as otherwise the Pip holds out her sticky hand for the Pig to lick

We all know those photos are usually fake. Now that Nathan is three, I could occasionally get a photo of him snuggling with Ella on the couch but that's about it.

That's much cuter than us! We tend to refer to them as "the kid" and "the dog" so we have conversations like "the weather looks good now, we should get the kid and the dog out"
