Hasn't that gone quickly? It feels like yesterday when we found out the news, and that the kindest course of treatment would take the best part of a year! I did think on your flying visit how wonderfully healthy Carbon looked :inlove::inlove: So lot of ...:dug::dug: and...:tail: maybe one or two...? :pull::sun::sun::laughdog:

Yep, the treatment was 10 months. Whew. The first few months seems to go slow as molasses and then we just kind of got into the rhythm. I also managed to damp down my panic every time he had more than a two second run. It helped this summer that because of my broken foot neither of us was running - made the last few months go quicker at least for the heartworm (not so much for my foot).
