Just wanted to say another girt big THANK YOU to everyone for your support over the last couple of days. It was really comforting (and diverting!) to read your messages and feel the forum solidarity, and made a real difference.

Because I can't send you all flowers and for want of a better way to show my gratitude, I've set up a small regular donation to Guide Dogs. We’re now implementing a stripped-back Scandi household with nothing on Any Surface. It may take a while...

Re Scandi home, I’ve been reading about Marie Kondo. Inspiring! Although thankfully Snowie is old enough now not to chew stuff. But nevertheless always a good thing to keep tidy! (Not my natural default!)
