I was very excited today on our walk when Oreo chose to come back to ME instead of running up to an on lead dog not too far away from us - she will always want to go up to say hello but we try to get the girls back on the lead if another dog is on theirs.
We were walking down the path in the woods and I could see Oreo had spotted the other dog and was on alert. She kept stopping but as soon as I got close she just moved way. I then got my treat tub out, gave it a shake and called Oreo over for a biscuit - she turned almost instantly and came running back to me (normally she will look at me but then debate as to whether she will come or go see the other dog).
