Conjunctivitis

Others will know better, but my impression is that they’re more common with puppies because they haven’t developed a solid immune system yet - and they stick their heads in everything! Kipper used to put his whole head in our leylladii hedge and get smothered in dust and bits of hedge, I’m sure this contributed to his two bouts of conjunctivitis when he was small.

It sounds like eye infections are quite common, is this for puppies or at any age?
Some dogs are more prone to them later in life, but it's very common for puppies. I think Willow has had one more eye infection since she became an adult, and she's four now. That would have been a year or more ago.
Luna has slightly loose eyelids, so I was worried she might be prone to infections, but it doesn't cause her any problems.
