add a good pinch of salt and then beat in 4 eggs until you have a smooth batter, if necessary add a little whole milk , for best results let this sit in the fridge for a couple of hours .
You need either a four portion Yorkshire pudding tin or a muffin tray . Add a little oil or duck fat or lard and place into a hot oven until it starts to smoke a little . Give the batter a beating again and pour mix into each tin, cook in the hot oven for about 15 minutes x
