Dinner or Daddy...what is more important

So yesterday I had a busy day moving MIL into a retirement village. So I was not sure when I would get back OH was in charge of giving dinner to Vanilla. This was a bit later than normal, but I thought it had been given at her normal time.
Vanilla always sits for her dinner on cue. Anyhow bowl on floor, food in and cue given. I walk through door. Head looks at door and sees me....what does the little girl do 'Eat then say hello' or 'say hello daddy then eat'?

Dinner with a full body wag? Or maybe grab a mouthful, run to say hi then run back to the bowl?

I'm guessing 'eat with madly wagging tail and gobble quickly so I can greet Dad quickly?' otherwise I will ask you whether you really do have a labrador

No neither, She ran half way up the hall, full body wag with tail going and then just turning around not knowing what to do. I just told her to have her dinner, but boy did she eat that fast. then came and say hi and back to finish off the last bit with a massive lick.
