No, but that would have been such a lovely coincidence! She was based in Bushey, Hertfordshire. She never married and would be over a hundred years old by now I would think (she was definitely older than my parents and they would have been in their 90s now.) Maybe a distant relative? A lovely read all the same, and maybe some link down the line. I think sometimes the most frightening teachers can be the best - my physics teacher at secondary school was one of these too. Fierce but phenomenally good and insightful xx
