Where was she before you got her? What’s her history?
So Oreo was born up at where I work and we have kept her to be a breeding girl. 95% of the breeding dogs love in what we call “Family Care Homes” so they grow up in a family environment and then once they have finished their breeding requirements, the dog is signed over to the family and is officially theirs to keep (it’s a nicer way for the dogs to live and it means we don’t have dogs living in a kennel, and we also don’t have retired bitches to have to find homes for afterwards). They were keeping Oreo as she has such a lovely temperament and is such a beautiful dog inside and out, so she is great when people come to visit to decide whether they want a puppy from us or not.
As I normally do, I bring the dogs home from time to time, and Oreo just slotted into our family. She is chilled out - so chilled out i call her lazy - and just an all round lovely dog, I totally fell in love with her. So I am officially going to be her Family Care Home.

How are Oreo and Lilly getting on?
They get on fine, tolerate each other. They even shared a bed this morning for a bit! Lilly plays with her out of walks.
