Farewell to Scott

Thank you for coming back here. I’m sure it was hard to write your post, although not as hard as what you’ve just been through. You are in my thoughts. xxx

This, every time.
I could only wish someone would do the same for me in similar circumstances.
And this.

@Jennifer , although not good circumstances, I'm pleased to see you back. You were a great support to me when I was in a tizzy about Cassie's scavenging and I was considering a muzzle for her.

(I never did muzzle her, but things have turned a corner with that via anothe route.)

I hope you will stay around. All my thoughts are with you, it's devastating to lose a dog at such a young age, I know,

You made a very brave decision (and absolutely the right one I would say). You put your boy’s well-being above everything else 💙

It’s heartbreaking though. I’m thinking of you, Jen.

Oh @Jennifer my heart is just breaking for you. You did everthing, fought for him, and listened when it was time to let him go peacefully, so very, very brave. I have such a special place in my heart for your two wonderful boys, and have missed you too. Bramble is sad too, being their half -sister xx

You put Scott first and chose the least selfish, most humane option. I know how heartbreaking it is when you have to do that. Thoughts and hugs. Glad you felt able to come back and find us all again.

@Jennifer You did the best thing for Scott, having given him a lovely life. It’s such a hard decision to make but, as others have said, it’s quality not quantity.
