My book and USB stick arrived today in a 
presentation box. I couldn't be more pleased with it all, absolutely beautifully put together.
Here are also a couple of photos that I thought you'd like but wasn't able to post on here from what Lisa forwarded to me because they were too large, but now I can photograph the photos it should work.

They are stunningly beautiful photos! We have a professional photographer coming over next week to take photos of Maslow & Bella with fairies! (No idea but sounds very cool!)
