She was good as gold, bless her, and laid down for tummy rubs all through the - er - “procedure”.

Aww poor girl she must have been in some pain. I was a little intimate with the 'bum' doctor last year too, the price for getting older

Good news! Back to alien bum man yesterday, and he's pleased as punch with how Ginny is getting on. There's no sign of infection at all now, hurrah! We're continuing with the cream for another week, then the indignity will be over.

Snowie luuurrrrrrves cream being rubbed into his bum (to be specific: anus). Delirious with enjoyment! Me, not so much. But the things one does...The most upsetting part is the look she gets on her face when I'm massaging her bum after syringing the cream in.
Poor Ginny... Billy had infected anal glands once and I didn't notice for ages, poor old lad. The vet gave me SUCH a telling off (rightly so). He got better very quickly with proper treatment. I'm sure Ginny is feeling much more comfortable now.
