I am naughty and let mine off earlier than ten days. Used to walk with a vet and she let her bitch off lead, 3 days after spay!

PSST me too. I just need to be careful now as he is now more easily excitable than before the op. All very normal and we have noticed today that his "excitement" is much less noticeable

Reuben is absolutely full of beans today, he was yesterday but this morning he is full of himself and raring to go . One of his dissolving stitches is out , heaven knows how that happened because he is not left alone, but I`m not bothering about it , it all looks good and clean . At his post op check last Friday, the nurse said he could run free and do what he wants in a weeks time which is this Friday, but I wont send him to Playgroup until next week because I know he will go crackers when he sees his friends . Apart from the being sick episode , he has done fantastically well , now to try and keep him calmish for a few more days , hummm xx

Yes, he loves these ` finding ` games , he is accepting that his walks are shorter without any trouble at all and then I play with him after our tea, just for half an hour , Nelly joins in xx

Oh I am Sonia x I knew it was the right thing to do, for Reuben but I was dreading it and cried my eyes out last Tuesday but he has been a star , such a very good boy throughout bless him xxx
