According to my pedometer app thing I have walked just short of 10.5 miles today, so given that Joy's probably done about twice that and some swimming it's no wonder that she's out for the count!

I read once that labradors will go go go while there is something interesting happening and then catch up on sleep later. I do know that when Maxx comes home from a holiday at the kennels he sleeps for days

Yes, apart from eating her tea all she has done is sleep, whereas I am now on a high after such a beautiful day! Think I'll sleep now, if I head up for bed.

I see you wrote that post at 12.12am. Are you a late to bed person? I used to be asleepaholic, would be in bed just after ten, now I find I go well after 12 am, last night it was 1am! I just want to get back to a reasonable bed time, say 11pm!
