Even though you call it that, your logic is very sound in that given a chance outside the shelter with a good diet and supportive calm environment with you and Talia, she has a chance to become a very adoptable little girl. Me either. I think about how sad her original owner would be to know she was in the shelter. So, we shall fix that! Whatever comes next with her toileting troubles, we’ll get through it and come up with a plan

I'm not sure how old she is. Not a baby, but still acts young - that might just be the cocker crazy though
I will find out, because I'm sure the shelter will have that record. My guess is about 6ish?

We should have her here in the next couple of days, hopefully. The administrator wants to get all her vet appointments organised so that we know what her schedule is going to be, but then she will be joining us. I have bought her a Puppia harness to wear, and some ProMax to help settle her tummy. Also a soft toy and some balls. I'm not sure if she'll be interested in either, but if not, I know some others who will take them off her paws

Ah, a loophole. Small dogs don't count like big dogs. So you can have three Bella's for every Lab? And still only have one extra dog?
